IV. There are many possible solutions to this problem. Some of those solutions are
  1. Limiting those who can receive welfare
  2. Eliminating those who wish to abuse welfare and/or those who do not deserve it
  3. Tracking of the welfare spending
  4. Decreasing the total amount of welfare given out. Even to those that need it.

V. We think this solution will work because it will root out those who wish to abuse the welfare system and its benefits.
It will also help decrease the national and state debt. It will also make people get out there and work for their money. The Feds would track what they spend their money on.
